APPEB prioritizes Quality Assurance/ Control in LPG Steel Cylinder manufacturing. On Quality Assurance, we use modern equipment such as a Spectrometer to analyse the chemical composition of the steel material and employ a Universal tensile machine to determine the mechanical composition including tensile and yield strength of the Steel material.
The Quality Control processes include hydrostatic and burst tests to measure the strength of the cylinders and a pneumatic pressure test to detect leaks.
Cylinder serial numbers are recorded for traceability. Our rigorous Quality Assurance/ Control processes, and strict adherence to international standards (ISO 22991 AND ISO 4706) ensure excellent quality cylinders.
